Mussels with creamy dill sauce



Ingredients:
500g Mussels
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, diced
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup cream
2 tbsp dill cut fine
Salt and pepper

Method:
1. Clean the mussels
2. In a pot, melt butter then add onion. Stir till wilted.
3. Add the dill and fry for a few min
4. Add the stock and cream and stir till incorporated.
5. Add mussels. Steam for 5 to 10 min. Add sat and pepper to taste.
